The University of Florida provides many opportunities for high school students and their families to visit campus and gain a feel for UF.
Gator for a Day is one way to experience what it’s like to be a student at the University of Florida.
While shadowing a UF ambassador, students are given the opportunity to sit in on classes, learn about campus organizations and activities, and explore the many things that the university has to offer.
The experience allows students to gain insight into student life at UF. To participate in Gator For A Day, students must be a high school senior and meet the GPA requirement.
Gator for a Day is for students only and parents should make other arrangements for the day. A list of parent activities is available.
