SAT / ACT Prep: Improving Your Math Score

Prepping for the math sections of the SAT and ACT is on the “to do list” of thousands of college bound students.  Finding the right resources to help can be more important than time spent studying.

Fortunately there are many free and low-cost ways to help you reach your SAT / ACT potential in mathematics.

As an admissions coach, I often tell my students about Kahn Academy, a free website with thousands of wonderful videos that teach a variety of subjects including SAT math.

Another great resources is Erik The Red! This web site is full of information and resources for learning SAT math and ACT math. Much of the content is in the form of PDF files which are available directly from the sidebar.

Another favorite — Dr. John Chung’s SAT Math 2nd Edition: 50 Perfect Tips and 20 Complete Tests.
